On February 23, official websites of the terrorist Mujahedin Khalq Organization (MKO/MEK/PMOI) announced that their she-guru Maryam Rajavi “met with officials and members of European Parliament”. “The meeting was organized in the run up to the International Day of Women” Mrs. Rajavi if you are sincere in your claims , then the first step would be to agree with the members’ right, the most basic right, including the right to visit their beloved ones easily according to the group’s sites where Maryam Rajavi’s so-called speech was also published.

Under the cover of an elegant muslim Iranian woman, she claims to be concerned over what she calls “tragic suppression of women by the regime”. Then she introduces her cult of personality as an example of “women’s participation in leadership positions which supplies the dynamic and vitality for this resistance’s perseverance and progress”. She speaks of the role of her female members as “a guarantor for lasting democracy and development in tomorrow‘s Iran”

She also makes too much fanfare about “forced veiling in Iran and the inability of Islamic Republic to reform.”She ridiculously emphasizes that “let any woman choose what to wear and what not to wear”!

Yes, Mrs. Rajavi,
This is the minimum freedom for Iranian women as human beings. How can you guarantee lasting democracy in Iran while your cult members are all forced to wear scarves and military uniforms? Yes, let them choose what to wear and what not to wear. No Ashraf female member is allowed to wear the least casual clothes. They are never allowed to use cosmetics. If as you claimed, you are really inspired by the genuine Islam why are the members of your cult never allowed to decide for their eating time, their clothing, their sleeping time, their work schedule and any small choice they can have in their personal life?

Maryam Rajavi claims that women are suppressed for their appearance and for the manner they walk or talk. She might have forgotten that her cult members are not allowed to talk to their peers let alone talking to their opposite-sex comerades. In Camp Ashraf, even the time women can use eating place, gas station … are different from those of male members.

We say that if you are sincere in your claims for people’s freedom, then the first step would be to agree with the members’ right, the most basic right, including the right to choose their own clothing, to visit their beloved ones easily, to live among their family members especially their children and spouses, to get married and have children.

In Maryam Rajavi’s destructive cult the most fundamental human rights are denied, according to former members and numerous reports by journalists. Following the so-called ideological revolutions in the terrorist cult of MKO, all couples were forced to divorce even those who had once been forced to marry a comrade whom the leaders had ordered to marry.

Then in 1991, under the pretext of the Gulf War I all children were separated from their parents. Camp Ashraf was removed of children who were sent to Europe in order to be abused for the group’s propagandistic and fundraising activities.

In a terrorist destructive cult where any family life, emotion, love and individuality are forbidden, Maryam Rajavi’s claims for democracy and women’s freedom sound comic. For those who are informed of human right violations committed by MKO leaders, Maryam Rajavi’s speech in Europe is just like a hilarious comedy!

She speaks of complete equality in social, cultural and economic rights between women and men. It is all too much for Mrs. Rajavi while she is not able to guarantee the least right of living in a normal society with normal regulations and atmosphere.

Doubtlessly, Mrs. Rajavi’s few sympathizers in European Parliament including Mr. Alejo Videl – Quadras, EP Vice President and Edit Bauer of the Committee on Women’s Rights and Gender Equality, should do some effort to increase their knowledge about the cult of Rajavi in order that they would not be tricked by Rajavi’s gang. They might not have considered the speeches of Mrs. Nasrin Ebrahimi (who defected from MKO destructive cult in 2008 used to live in Camp Ashraf for about thirteen years and witnessed a lot of terrifying facts about the cult) at the European Parliament on September ninth 2008 when she said:”the women in MEK are not only barred from marrying but they are forced to work for long hours, do so hard manual jobs under the hot sun every day that they no more look good, this way they do not think they can attract a man…” .

The Rajavi’s heighten their sabotage to the extreme extent when they try to cut female members of their cult from their only source of hope. ”they try to kill any hope in heart of women of Ashraf by removing their womb through a hysterectomy surgery which is operated under various pretexts. So far ten percent of Ashraf women have sustained such an operation” Nasrin Ebrahimi added. Is this the women right Maryam Rajavi promises to offer the Iranian women?

She proposes her only option for her alleged democratic change in Iran while she lacks the ability to find a solution to the problematic declining situation her group is stuck in. today the only option for victimized members of Rajavi’s cult is the dissolution of her cult in order to offer the captured members an opportunity to get released from the suffocating cult of MKO and to decide for their own fate with their own free will.

MKO deprived families from visiting their beloveds

After ten days of a stand-off, a small group of Iranian families have staged a sit-in outside the gates of Camp Ashraf in Diyala province in Iraq. The families’ simple, straightforward and only demand is that they be able to meet with their relatives who are trapped inside the camp. Camp Ashraf still houses around 3500 members of the terrorist Mojahedin-e Khalq organisation which the Government of Iraq plans to remove from the country.

From the start, Iraqi security forces who guard Camp Ashraf would not allow the families to enter the camp because they could not guarantee their safety. Instead, the Iraqis told the MKO to release the handful of individuals concerned to meet with their families before returning to the camp.

So far the Mojahedin leaders are not cooperating. The MKO’s immediate reaction to the family visits was to state that “agents of the clerical regime’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security are being dispatched to Camp Ashraf under the cover of family members of Ashraf residents, the Iraqi committee responsible for suppression of the residents, under the instructions of Nouri al-Maliki, has intensified cruel and inhumane siege on Ashraf”.

History has seen various ideologies that generally have been of the closed type. The most famous ideologies “Liberalism “ , “ Marxism” and “ Religion” are significant examples of closed ideologies that undemocratically view themselves as righteous.

The followers of such ideologies have prepared superficial answers to every question. They simply formulate and solve the most complicated problems of the world and never see any ambiguity or mistake in their analysis. The leaders of closed ideologies are not knowledgeable enough although they have enormous claims of helping humanity. They don’t believe in necessity of challenge, research and efforts to progress in their path. Thus their absolute approach and their non-dimensional view lead them to decline.

Mujahedin Khalq Organization is the living instance of closed ideologies which fanatically sticks to its cult-like doctrine. Justifying all phenomena along with its objectives, MKO represents a thought of which the social function supposes the absolute right of understanding the truth for itself and never believes in exchanging, choosing or adapting other thoughts. The consequence of closing the doors against external thoughts or communities is the declining situation in which MKO is trapped now.

On the opposite side, the supporters of open ideologies view problems relatively, dynamically and depending on phases. Although they believe in the righteousness of their values and ideas, they see themselves as responsible for moving toward growth of the values they are constantly reconstructing, elevating and flourishing.

The absolutism of MKO ideology has led it to an irrational society without variety of thoughts and a cult of personality.

The type of relationship between human and ideology has caused violence and tyranny in MKO. The closed ideology of MKO wants the human for the ideology so the members of Mujahedin serve their ideology.

That’s why they see an undemocratic legitimacy in their social and political functions.

The leaders of mujahedin and especially Massoud Rajavi do not recognize the knowledge and will of individual human beings denying their rights to decide for their own future. That’s the substantial characteristic of their closed ideology which ends in the cult of personality around Massoud Rajavi. For MKO change, evolution, perfection and continuous growth have been replaced by fossilization and dogmatism.

Thus, one cannot see any change in the cult-like system organized in MKO or in MKO’s language toward its supporters or against its dissidents. Although Maryam Rajavi makes too much effort to draw a democratic, modern progressive image of its organization, the reality, based on testimonies and evidences, proves the opposite fact.

The fugitive leader of Mujahedin Khalq Organization (MKO, MEK, PMOI) has started writing his memoirs to allegedly inform the Iranian youth. In the ninth part of his serial messages, he has used his last card to achieve the support of Western countries as well as other so-called opposition leaders. Massoud Rajavi addresses Reza Pahlavi (the son of the Shah of Iran) to join his alleged resistance movement

Particularly Massoud Rajavi addresses Reza Pahlavi (the son of the Shah of Iran) to join his alleged resistance movement and invites him to attend his imaginary presidential election in an Iran where there would be a democratic republic state separated from religion!

Why? After decades of accusing Pahlavi of treasons and crimes and struggling against them, Rajavi makes a U-turn and begs the remnant of Pahlavi Dynasty for support. Although Reza Pahlavi does not enjoy a significant role among Iranian opposition leaders, Massoud Rajavi seeks his impact in the US government. That’s why he directly asks Reza Pahlavi to defend PMOI and to try for its removal from terror list of Department of State.

Former members of MKO remember the Mujahed Journal (official journal of MKO) in which Rajavi had attacked US then-president Clinton who had visited Reza Pahlavi in a restaurant. Now what a change that Rajavi asks Reza “to serve his compatriots”

The illusions of Masud Rajavi have led him to a phase where he views himself as an important figure among Iranian politic men. But it is clear that Iranian’s political memory never recalls Massoud Rajavi as a notable political person but as a traitor and criminal.

Thus, the only use of such a message to the son of former Shah of Iran is paving the way for further approaches towards US government and getting removed from the list of FTOs.

Resorting to such a policy, Massoud Rajavi ruined the revolutionary background he had always pretended to have among his supporters.

However, he had already changed his slogans and claims numerous times. This time he clearly and openly contradicts all his previous slogans just as a futile effort to gain the support of the West. His message proved that all his decision and policies are made in accordance with “temporary benefits” not with his beliefs.

An ideology is a set of aims and ideas that directs one’s goals, expectations, and actions. Many political parties base their political action on an ideology. In social studies, a political ideology is a certain ethical set of ideals, principles, doctrines, myths or symbols of a social movement, institution, class and or large group that explains how society should work, and offers some political and cultural blueprint for a certain social order.

There are two available types of ideology: open and closed. When a political party accepts and interprets and possibly adopts change it symbolizes an open ideology. When they represent a closed ideology, they do not accept any change. The majority of ideologies in the history were closed and consequently dangerous. For instance Stalin era stands for the crimes committed under the name of ideology.

Proud of their ideology and dedicated to their ideological revolutions, MEK (Mujahedin-e-Khalq ) leaders represent the most recent version of a criminal closed ideology believers who view their dissidents as victims who should be eliminated . They never see their opponents as a minority that they can tolerate or deal with moderately. Such an ideological system just archives a black list of criminal activities as its background.

A fanatical formalistic belief in their ideology has led MEK to a complicated classified system where no human being is allowed to build his world with his own dynamic analytic thought.

Instead of portraying saint figures for Masud and Maryam Rajavi and staying in some special fixed forms, MEK should respect common values like freedom, justice, honor, honesty, friendship and love … That’s what that can make an ideology universal.

As the MEK see the world from behind its own glasses made of some fixed configurations and formulations, they can never see the reality of the affairs from different aspects. This is what leads them to dogmatism. The absolute power of the Rajavis is the outcome of such a view in their cult-like organization.

The absolute power has made the Rajavis to grant an undemocratic right to themselves. They view themselves higher than everyone so they decide for others’ fate. They impose their monarchy on their followers and that is why their ideology ends with totalitarianism.

How MKO raise funds?

Following the disastrous earthquake in Haiti, Maryam Rajavi, self-assigned president of National Council of Resistance, offered her condolences to the people of Haiti. The message included a further command for MKO members which were to make use of the opportunity for fundraising activities for the organization.
Working in groups and under the cover of humanitarian organizations and charity institutions they published some pictures of war-worn, orphan and homeless children to encourage people to help them.
Just a few days after Haiti disaster Swedish government published a list of institutes that had been considered as fraudulent because they lack the special account number the government had allocated to charity organizations.

The government of Sweden warned people about the deceitful nature of such organizations including a front organization linked to Mujahedin-e-Khalq under the name of Mojahedin Sympatisör Förening – MSF

The terrorist cult of MKO has a dark background of fraudulent fundraising campaign and money laundry. In 1998 the charity Commission of Britain closed the Iran Aid Charity Association because it could not prove that the funds were being used for the purpose for which they were raised.

The Bam earthquake charity event held in January 2005 demonstrated how MKO use their front organizations to raise funds for their own and their cause not for the poor survivors of the disaster. On January 26, 2005, the Iranian – American Community of Northern Virginia hosted a charity event in Washington DC to allegedly raise money for the survivors of Bam disaster, to support the so-called Iranian Resistance. Anyone to attend the event was supposed to charge 35$. Of the 23 organizations listed as sponsors of the event,17 are known MKO front groups or linked to prominent MKO members or activities, according to Sam Dealay who wrote in an article titled “Terrorists plan DC fundraiser”, on Jan.21,2005.

FBI agents were present at the event and two days after the event was held, the Treasury Department froze the assets of the Iranian-American Community of Northern Virginia, said Glenn Kessler in Washington Post on January 29th, 2005.

In May, 2009, Los Angeles Times published a report on an appeal court held to try seven MKO members who were guilty to raising funds for the group. In court the defendants admitted that they knowingly raised funds to support the activities of Mujahedin-e-Khalq, or MEK, by collecting money from MEK supporters and soliciting money from unwitting donors at public locations, including the airport, the report read. Donors were told they were supporting a charity called the Committee for Human Rights. The fundraising activities took place from 1997 to February 2001, the report quoted the authorities.

Working in groups and under the cover of humanitarian organizations and charity institutions they published some pictures of war-worn, orphan and homeless children to encourage people to help them. This invoked the reaction of security forces of France. In an effort to fight against money laundry, Maryam Rajavi was arrested along with some other officials of the group in June 2003.

In the fall of 2008, Reuters reported that about ten members of “a banned Iranian opposition group were arrested in France and Switzerland in connection with a money-laundry investigation”

Money laundry is a customary operational technique among criminal gangs and terrorist organizations. Using charity institutes they solicit people to donate funds. This way they could raise large sums of money. In June 2003, when the French Police attacked Mujahedin’s headquarters in Ouver Sur d’Oise ,Paris, they discovered about nine million dollars which were found in the MKO offices that were “operational, organizational and logistic bases for collecting suspicious money” said Jean Louis Bruguière, French antiterrorism judge, in charge of MKO file.

In November and December 1978, the press and news agencies published and spoke of the letter written by Senator Edward Kenedy to Ayatollah Khomeini, along with US efforts to release American hostages in their Embassy in Tehran.

Following the news, MEK publish an article ironically titled “Kenedy becomes a supporter of Islam!!” in their official journal “Mojahed”, attacking the American politician by the sub title :”behind the curtains of all conspiracies against Iran, the hands of huge imperialist capitalists, Kartels, trackers and corporations are covered.” [ Mojahed No.16 – P.9 ]

The article included some paragraphs of Kenedy’s letter quoting that he was “perfectly supporting the Islamic Republic.” MEK called it “hypocritical policy” and wrote :”…isn’t it surprising and even funny that an imperialist senator pretends himself as a supporter of Islamic Republic?…” [Mojahed No.16- P.16 ]

The same journal of MEK speaks of Senator Edward Kenedy as MEK’s supporter, who sends a message to Iranians residing in Massachusetts to invite them to attend the group’s demonstration in April, 1991; Appreciating Senator’s efforts for democratic changes in Iran. [Mojahed No.294- P.41]

In 1994, when the US State Department published a report on MEK and its terrorist Marxist background, NCRI (MEK’s political wing) tried to cleanse the accusation in a rush act claiming that the organization has never been in anti-US front especially during its 28-month political phase between February 1978 and June 1979 and even it had been in opposition to anti American movements!

In its arguments, MEK tried to appease US by putting the blame on dead movements like “Tude Party”(Communist Party) as an anti American Marxist group.

Regarding MEK’s background and testimonies and documents on the group’s attitudes and acts, one may consider two suppositions:”first, MEK’s interests and position in 1978 were those that were declared by them and what they are now trying hard to deny had in fact been existed.

Second, MEK’s today declarations are “meanly true” and the group has never been a serious, true anti US movement.

The first supposition results in this conclusion that MEK is going on a path that separates it more and more from the Iranians and pushes it more and more to a cult-like group. It has shifted its positions from an anti-imperialism movement to a beggar to White House and Pentagon’s support.”

In case that the second supposition is true, there will be another evidence for the hypocritical attitude of MEK.
