A government spokesman in the House of Lords confirmed that the Americans will hand control of the Mojahedin-e Khalq’s military base in Iraq, Camp Ashraf, Iraqi authorities before the end of the year.Lord Malloch-Brown, minister of state for the foreign office, was responding to a question about the situation of people in the camp following signing of the status of forces agreement between the US and Iraq.
Deputy Iraqi Interior Minister Gen. Hussein Kamal said the country would cut off the hands of the terrorist group of Mujahedin-e Khalq if it wants to intervene in the affairs of the Iraqi elections. General Hussein expressed his hope for the upcoming elections to be held in a safe heaven adding that his country will not allow the MKO/PMOI/MEK or any other terrorist group to interfere in electoral matters.
The US presidential election ended with the victory of Barak Obama…The change in the ruling party in the US will absolutely influence the US foreign politics ..only the dependent movements including MEK/PMOI might undergo unexpected changes. MKO’s vain hope on warmongers of the US and its propaganda show that this reliant movement plays no independent part in its own fate.
the Chairman of Iran’s Expediency Council referred to the Iranian and Iraqi nations’ hatred towards the terrorist Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO) as an indication of close ties and feelings between the officials and people of the two countries. The MKO, whose main stronghold is in Iraq, is blacklisted by much of the international community, including the United States.
Iraq’s ambassador to Tehran, Mohammad Majid Al-Shaikh, has said that no country is ready to accept the terrorist Mojahadin Khalq Organization (MKO). “We believe that the presence of Mojahadin group in Iraq is illegal, but no country is ready to accept the members of this group,” Al-Shaikh told the Mehr News Agency
In an interview with Fars news agency correspondent in Iraq’s Kurdistan region, the governor of Arbil Nozad Hadi rejected severely current rumors about the presence of elements of MKO terrorist group in this province.
The Iraqi government’s holding control of Camp Ashraf may lead to adverse consequences for the cultist group of Mojahedin (also known as MKO, MEK, PMOI) one of which is the fact that they would be forced to weigh anchor from Iraq and drop it in another country in a little while..Undoubtedly, Mojahedin are willing to grow roots in a country where they would ensure the integrity of their cultic relations
It’s obvious that all the activities and the presence of the families at Nejat Society are aimed to the release of their children from Camp Ashraf and the efforts and interactions have terrified the destructive cult of Rajavi….The declining condition of MKO actually led the parents to be concerned about their children’s life and the occurence of a human disaster against the deceived members of the cult.
The third option has been presented by MKO or the so called PMOI for the last three years as part of its propaganda against Iranian regime…The west will not risk the security of its citizens by supporting a group with a long history of suicide cult-like activities following the arrest of Maryam Rajavi in France or the assassinations including of those American civilians in Iran in the 1970’s.
Iraqi Ambassador to Tehran Abu Heidar al-Sheikh On presence of MKO members in Iraq, said”We believe that they are against the Iraqi and Iranian nations and should leave the country. Their presence in Iraq is totally illegal.”
