Judge Dehghani asked the signatory countries of universal anti-terrorism conventions to punish the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) for its crimes or return them to Iran.

The fifteenth session of the court hearing for the trial of the MEK was held on July 9th,2024. He further reminded the audience of the existence of anti-terrorism conventions and the need for the signatory countries to commit to its provisions and said: Since the beginning of this court, no member country of the anti-terrorism conventions has had the right to host terrorists. They should either prosecute the accused themselves or return them to Iran.

He asked for punishment of these terrorists.

Judge Dehghani asked the prosecutor’s office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to take the necessary measures to return the MEK criminals to the country.
