MKO terrorists have nowhere to go

Iran’s Intelligence Minister Heidar Moslehi says the Mujahedeen Khalq Organization (MKO) terrorist group is at the end of the road and has nowhere to stay any longer.

“The MKO members should know their days are numbered, and they have nowhere to stay anymore,” Moslehi was quoted by the IRIB as saying on the sidelines of a ceremony in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Saturday.

He made the remark in response to a question by a reporter who had asked him about the expulsion of the MKO members from Camp Ashraf in Iraq and the possibility that some countries may offer to host them.

“The United States and its allies are supporting them (MKO members), but MKO members should know they have nowhere to stay any longer,” the Iranian intelligence chief underscored.

The Iraq-based group is listed as a terrorist organization by much of the international community and has carried out numerous acts of terror and violence against Iranian civilians and government officials.

The MKO is also known to have cooperated with executed Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein in suppressing the 1991 uprisings in southern Iraq and the massacre of Iraqi Kurds.
