A delegation of MKO former members met with authorities of Amnesty International…they described and clarified the situation of picketing families of Rajavis’ Cult hostages at Camp New Iraq (formerly Ashraf ) as well as the condition and situation of captive members of the MKO Cult….declared the families’ rightful demands of visiting with their loved ones. They asked the Amnesty international to intervene and force the MKO aka PMOI/MEK/MKO leadership to allow those families to see and meet their loved ones…The high ranking members of this cult have attacked those families in the groups of 40-50 and in one occasion one of the woman commanders attacked those families with a sharp cold …

I think that UNAMI officials should contact MKO’s low-ranking member outside Camp Ashraf so the members feel comfortable to talk to them. … The tough security measures have been carried out inside Ashraf garrison by the direct order of pmoi aka MKO.MEK leadership based in France especially after the escape of 6 members from Ashraf garrison. Two of those escapes have occurred recently, but two other escape attempts were failed and they got arrested and beaten up by the operatives of pmoi.The people who succeeded to escape mentioned that the leadership of pmoi has intimidated all the members of being tortured and killed by those elderly families and Iraqi police if they try to escape from Ashraf garrison …
… It is good to see that the State Department has included the name of National Council of Resistance (NCRI) in the list of terrorists as another name for Mojahedin Khalq but we believe that there should be less tolerance of this organisation and certainly more help to free the ones who do not wish to continue working for this terrorist (MKO, MEK, NCRI, Rajavi cult) organisation.
