(An interview with Batool Soltani on MKO self-immolations – Part seven)..Members in Camp Ashraf are on alert of committing mass suicide on the grounds that there are many blind spots round the camp through which outsiders might easily infiltrate to either kidnap the members of the Leadership Council and use them as hostages or kill them. The possible reaction to these threats could be a mass suicide of the insiders.
Masud Rajavi, runaway leader of MKO/MEK/PMOI Cult, brought his head out of his shelter to issue a new statement. This is not the first time Rajavi tries to present himself and his organization as a powerful, effective weight in Iranian political scene..Although, in his letter, Rajavi makes too much effort to claim that he doesn’t consider the IRI regime as legitimate, he views them deserved enough to offer them two suggestions

There is a formula in MKO discussions:They ask:”why Maryam” and then they answer: “because Masud”.It means that Maryam is the first woman linked with Masud..They tried to confirm that such devotion needs an extraordinary super-natural capacity..Maryam Rajavi said that we should love Masud instead of our husbands..
The claims of MKO on keeping Camp Ashraf by means of grabbing at the issue of refugee rights has been turned to the main point ..As asserted by Rajavi, his movement has been a strategic one for furthering his armed struggle against Iranian government rather than seeking refuge or anything else. With regard to these factors, it is proved that the transfer of Mojahedin to Iraq has not been for seeking refuge ..

Second, we have to see to what extent the words are actually practical, and third, what is the position of the leadership ..When Rajavi plotted assassination of people he knew well that killing was an inseparable part of a planned operation which could never be fulfilled unless through homicide.
Maryam Rajavi, the advocate of regime change is of course the best person to destroy the progressing path of democracy in Iran, since the destructive cult of hers and her husband’s is the best symbol of suppressing the freedom of expression and speech.Masud Rajavi who has imposed himself as an idol to be worshiped by the members given that he is the leader of Iran [as an impossible option]could be the most notorious dictator, after Stalin and Hitler..
The operation teams who came to Iran for armed operation, for instance, carried some related information, or it was the same with members residing in other European countries out of the headquarters in Auver-sur-Oise. They knew details about the location of the camps, the members and their responsibilities .. As a result, the organization[MKO/MEK/PMOi] emphatically required the teams about to embark on operations to swallow their cyanide capsules as soon as they felt a risk of arrest.
(Memoirs of Batoul Soltani – Part 17)Masud managed the meetings of the ideological revolution himself saying:”suppose that you have brought an Iranian youth to the organization[MKO/MEK/PMOI] and you want to explain and justify the ideological revolution to him. You should clarify it to him that he cannot be married and be a fighter at the same time. You should explain that one cannot think of sexual or emotional problems while one is struggling.
any recruit had to pass through these discourses which the suicide operation was an inseparable part. Even I, a ranking member of the leadership Council, was constantly exposed to these discourses. It was an issue of high priority on the agenda before the leadership when the organization reached a critical stalemate. In the process of dispatching operation teams across the Iranian borders to carry out operations inside Iran, the prerequisite was a proclaimed preparedness for committing suicide.
(Memoirs of Ms. Batoul Soltani – Part 16)..During the training process that I passed after I entered into MKO/MEK/PMOI, they never dealt with Masud’s marriage with Firouzeh Banisadr in open organizational arguments. Later on, it was discussed in the higher levels of the Leadership Council. In 1994, we had a meeting in which the arguments about the MKO’s second founders were presented and Masud pointed out his marriage with Firouzeh. I don’t think the issue was transmitted to the meetings in lower levels of the group.
