Last year he defected from the group after he was relocated in Albania.

One of the escapees, defected the Cult [MKO/MEK/PMOI] after the group leaders forced him to talk against his own family on Mojahedin TV Channel and write articles insulting them. The organizational order was due to his families travel to Iraq to visit their loved one after several years.

Defected members of the group were invited to take action by “Women Association” that organized the rally.
