Alireza Khamoushi, the ninth MKO member to flee the group in just the last one month, had been imprisoned and tortured before fleeing the camp.The defected members describe improper psychological conditions and strict cult rules and restrictions as their main reason for fleeing the terrorist group.
Three other members of the terrorist Mojahedin Khalq Organization aka MKO/MEK/PMOI fled from Camp Liberty [Temporary Transit Location], a former U.S. military base near the Baghdad International Airport.It had been decided that 3200 MKO members living in Camp New Iraq be relocated to Camp Liberty [TTL] in eight groups, each consisting of 400 members.
We , the former members of this notorious cult who rescued ourselves from this cult , are ready ,if it is necessary ,to reveal all tricks and deceptions which the leadership of this cult utilize to prolong this process, and we can explain why Maryam Rajavi tried her best to keep and conserve Ashraf garrison by all means and why she does not want the international organizations to carry out the shutting down of this garrison by a peaceful manner ..

I was deceived by the MKO aka MEK/PMOI propaganda and captured by the Cult, ten years ago. I spent ten years of best time of my life behind the bars of Camp Ashraf with no outcome. I was just imprisoned by shallow, vain promises of Rajavi and other leaders…Now I am very happy. My only desire is that the Cult leaders will be tried for the crimes they committed against Iranian youth and my friends who are willing to get liberated will be freed ..
I declare that I left the group because of the reasons coming below. May you judge what I went through…Although I could have had surgery outside Ashraf, I was not allowed to go to the hospital [outside the Camp] to have surgery. They suggested unfounded reasons including the transfer to Camp Liberty[TTL]. ..So I asked them to send me to liberty but they unreasonably declined.
Five members of the terrorist Mojahedin Khalq Organization aka MKO/MEK/PMOI, who were recently based in a transit camp that is located near Baghdad International Airport, escaped from the camp on Friday and turned themselves in to Iraqi security forces, the Habilian Association website reported.According to the report, 60 MKO members managed to escape from their camp in Iraq in 2009.
Last week and in the process of MKO/MEK/PMOI members’ expulsion from Camp Ashraf, one of the captives of the cult managed to escape and announced his separation from the cult..even though Rajavi has selected 397 most adherents of the Ashraf residents for the first stage of their expulsion from Iraq, one of the captives of the terrorist cult whose 10 best years of his life were ruined in the cult managed to became estranged from the terrorist organization.

Mr. Khoda Bakhsh Mirian left the Mujahedin Khalq Organization and joined Iraqi forces on February 14, 2012 and stepped in the free world declared his separation from the group in a brief letter to Sahar Family Foundation in Baghdad…Definitely, my family paid the price of my mistake more than I did. I wasted ten best years of my life, seeing and hearing what I hardly ever can describe, because all those sufferings and pains will be reviewed in my mind.
