(An interview with Batool Soltani on MKO self-immolations – Part nine)..There was a female colleague who had refused to volunteer for self-immolation but the organization showed no antagonistic attitude towards her before others. It was not the end of the story and the organization commanded me to watch her closely since they believed that she was in trouble with herself and cared not the least for the organization. They would justify that now even ten days after the detention of Maryam in France, she had refrained to be an abstentious volunteer.
Mr. Manouchehr Saiee succeeded to release himself from the bars of Rajavis’ Cult and returned to his homeland and joined his family. After 17 years of being captive of Rajavis’ Cult[MKO,MEK,PMOI], Mr. Manouchehr Saiee could visit his family and returned to his warm family center at Nejat Society office, Kermanshah branch.Mr. Saiee declared that during these 17 years, I was imprisoned and tortured several times and at last I could manage to release myself from Mujahedin Terrorist Organization.
Hamid Haji pur who spent twenty years of his life in MKO succeeded to defect from the cult a few months ago and return to his hometown in Gilan, Iran.

(Memoirs of Ms. Batoul Soltani-Part 19)..Being a good speaker or having executive skills was prior to ideological competence to be selected as a member of leadership council in MKO/PMOI/MEK..When the members started their compliments, Maryam and Masud Rajavi waited for their words to be listened completely and the atmosphere of the hall be influenced by the compliments. Then they apparently complained that they were not glad with such a compliment.
