The third option has been presented by MKO or the so called PMOI for the last three years as part of its propaganda against Iranian regime…The west will not risk the security of its citizens by supporting a group with a long history of suicide cult-like activities following the arrest of Maryam Rajavi in France or the assassinations including of those American civilians in Iran in the 1970’s.

As a terrorist organization closely allied with Saddam Hussein, Mujahedin Khalq Organization should not be considered as serious as any other source. Relying on news sources like MKO / PMOI terrorist cult, is just like using the information of a news agency that absolutely lies or exaggerates incidents in order to run their own cause…When in MKO / PMOI websites the number of the participants in one of the groups gathering is reported as 40’000, the credible news agencies such as Washington Times reports 300 participants.
Worried over the hand over of Camp Ashraf to Iraqi government, Maryam Rajavi asked the human rights advocates to support Mujahedin / PMOI members in “Ashraf City”!…Masud Rajavi who has always fantasized to have the position of a political party is not able to show Iranian’s significant support for MKO in the tumult of declining days. Instead of seeking the help of the United States’ authorities and Human Right Communities, why don’t they call for Iranians’ support?

The group has claimed responsibility for numerous terror attacks against Iranian officials and civilians.

In spite of being a banned terrorist group whose offices are closed in the US, there is a question that what legitimate connection there could be found between MKO’s status in the US and its ability to liberate Iranians. After all, the group claims at every available opportunity that it relies entirely on its boundless popularity in Iran and therefore needs no foreign sponsor.
This stands in stark contrast with the perspectives of the MEK and its front organization. As part of its propaganda campaign, the MEK publish newspapers and websites like IranTerror.com and IranFocus.com. As an Iranian American, I am outraged that the MEK is attempting to hijack the perspectives of my community. The MEK do not represent Iranian-Americans in California – or anywhere else for that matter.
