a number of families who are members of Nejat Society Tehran Branch attended a meeting where three recently defectors of MKO,analyzed the most recent situation in Camp Ashraf Iraq… participants signed a petition to UN Secretary General and UN representative in Iraq asking that their letters be delivered to their children directly by UN or ICRC’s representatives. They also asked for release of their children as soon as possible.
Following the arrival of a number of foreign journalists and reporters to cover the report on the conference to address nuclear disarmament held by IRI in Tehran, they traveled to Shiraz on April 20th, 2010 a number of victims of Mujahedin’s terrorist activities and some members of Nejat Society Shiraz branch visited the journalists.. .They asked the journalists to voice the Iranians’ call to protest against Western support for MEK. On November 25th, 2009 a group of families who were invited by Nejat Society Gilan Office, gathered in a meeting called “Appeal for Help”. They visited Mr. Hamid Hajipour and Mr. Akbar Mohebi, two recently defected members of Rajavi’s cult, Mujahedin Khalq Organization. During that friendly meeting where the two defectors were congratulated on their joining their families, Mr. Ali pour Ahmad, the head of Nejat Society Gilan Office welcomed the families who are members of Nejat Society.
On November 25, 2009 a number of families of captured Camp Ashraf residents from Gilan attended a meeting held by Nejat Society Gilan Branch called “Invocation” to ask Red Cross and other international organizations and especially the government of Iraq to help them visit their beloved ones who are captured behind the bars of the infernal cult of Rajavis.
Leaders of the Terrorist Mojahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO), have barred the group members incarcerated in a military base – about 60km (37 miles) north of Baghdad – form visiting their family members and relatives, fearing their defection.The Camp guards also disrespected representatives of the international human rights bodies dispatched to the area to accompany the families.

Following the arrival of Iraqi police to Camp Ashraf and its aftermath which ended with casualties among Ashraf residents, families of Nejat Society tried to contact Nejat Office in Rasht expressing their concern over the health of their beloved children; however they welcomed the act of Iraqi authorities..The families seriously fear that MKO leaders victimizing the rank and file members of the organization in order that they can save their own lives..
Nelat Society has urged Iraqi Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maleki, to provide chance for those members of the terrorist Mojahedeen Khalq Organization (MKO), who are residing in Ashraf Camp, to reunite with their families in Iran. ..Describing the members of the terrorist organization, who are living in the camp, as people, who have been deceived and misled by the MKO/MEK/PMOI ringleaders, Nejat Society urged the Iraqi government to arrest and try the terrorist MKO top leaders.
